This match will have four stages, all of which requiring a 12 gauge shotgun and a centre-fire pistol.
Squads
We would like to have four squads of ten each, just labelled Squad 1, Squad 2, Squad 3, Squad 4.
Divisions
With this being a 2-Gun shoot we created our own divisions to keep it simple and inclusive to new shooters, while also keeping experienced shooters with dedicated equipment in their own category.
The divisions are as follows:
Production: Pistol has only parts available from factory, iron sights, no compensator, no barrel porting, no flared mag well, no charging handle, trigger is 5lb or greater. Shotgun: No optics, tube fed, no stick/tubular speed loaders, no barrel porting, no compensator.
2. Production Optics: Same as above, but with one optic on either shotgun or pistol.
3. Open: Pistol: No restrictions. Shotgun: All mag-fed shotguns automatically, no restrictions.
Categories
Preteen (17 and under), Junior, Senior, Super Senior, and Lady.
Classifications
FNG – First match, new to the sport but willing to learn.
Tugg Speedman – Second Match, have a good idea how everything works, more or less, and look going doing it.
Equilibrium – Third Match, you can channel your inner gun-kata and move at incredible speeds in the most efficient manner.
Chuck Norris from Delta Squad – Four or more matches, an old hand at this sort of thing and willing to teach the new guys some tips and tricks.
Coronavirus Considerations
– If you have travelled outside of the Province of Manitoba in the last 14 days you are not eligible for this shoot. NO EXCEPTIONS.
